Roberto Mancini has defended tactical decisions for the match against Genoa, which his team won 1-0.
The match was won with a goal from a free kick by Adem Ljajic, while the field lacked Mauro Icardi.
"It was important for us to win after the match against Napoli and it was not easy this evening."
"I am the coach of Inter not Icardi and Ljajic. We have very good strikers and all deserve to play. "
"I believe that Icardi and Ljajic can play together, but the team should be considered and others that deserve to play."
"Icardi know what to do to qualify for the Champions League, so his goals will be crucial, but it does not mean that he can not be on the bench at times," said Mancini for Mediaset Premium and Sky Sport Italia.
